The only problem with this place is that it's so nice, you have to decide if you want to go to the beach or just kick back and relax at the house. Our family of 5 stayed here with another couple with kids and they'll never want to stay in a high-rise condo again. This place has everything. Lots of room, nice furnishings, and relaxing porches. Every thought is given to what you need. From, the stereo-CD players , to the big-screen TV with digital cable, to the lounge chairs under the shade and beach items for use. There is no driving on the beach which works great if you have children. The beautiful pool is clean and refreshing it made us want to move there. Thanks for everything.

This place is everything is says it is...and more. Tons of room, wonderful porches, beautiful lanscaping and great relaxing pool. Will definitely be back!!!

We were so pleased when we drove into the driveway. What a deal!!! (we were thinking) AND after entering the home, our smiles continued to grow as we looked around! The photos of the bedrooms do not show how large and well furnished(especially t.v's, music systems, etc..) they are. The house was so clean and inviting. We were comforted when we noticed how immaculate the interior AND exterior of the home were. The Daytona Beach community is beautiful and The Hideaway & Retreat homes are almost the quintessential American summer vacation place to go with your family/friends. Superb! Comfortable! Enjoyable! It feels like your own beach home!(almost to the point that you don't want to recommend it to others!-a best kept secret kind of place!) We will be back EVERY year, God willing, where our family can make memories for years to come!!!-

What a great vacation!!! The Retreat was perfect - lots of room, plenty of kitchen supplies, great pool! The hardest decision we made this week was how long to stay at the beach (a short 2 second walk from the house), how long to stay at the pool! -

WOW - what a wonderful property you have in Daytona! We took our daughter who was turning 16 years old and let her bring 4 other teens with us and the house was PERFECT! We didn't know what to expect, but we all felt like we were at home while there. Had EVERYTHING we needed. We ate in every night except for two nights to save money you had every thing we needed. The kitchen looks totally renovated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! The pool was great! If we go back to Daytona - that is the only place we are staying now. Thanks for keeping your house well kept! It was MARVELOUS!

These houses are a perfect rental all the way around. It is only a out the back door to a very beautiful beach. The houses themselves are ready to go -- everything you need is right there. It was wonderful to have a house large enough that 6 people were not bumping into each other. The large porches, the wonderful pool area, and the beautiful landscaped yard were all very peaceful. It couldn't have been nicer. Don't hesitate -- this place is heaven. We can't wait to get back :-)

Thanks for such a beautiful place to stay! Every inch of this property was well thought out. This is our seventh year to vacation in Daytona Beach, each year renting a different place. However, I have a feeling 'Seaside Homes' will be on our repeat list. Thanks for all the personal touches. It's what makes a house a home, and this truly felt like home.

Lovely homes. Had all the accommodations one would want. The rooms were great for large family. Loved the no driving on the beach, great for families with children. Furniture, beds, TV's top notch

What a great experience for our family! the house was wonderful, tastefully decorated. Everything you would find at your own home was there. Our family had not been all together in several years. We had a great time. Being right on the beach & Everything was so close. I hope to go back there soon

This is my dream house! My husband and I had a very romantic weekend getaway. While it was cold and rainy in Seattle we were sitting on the beach with the sand in our toes and the sun on our backs. Our friends were so jealous! The weather was perfect and I can't wait to come back.

Our family vacation was perfect thanks to this special location! It couldn't have been easier!

Florida is beautiful and warm even during the Holiday season! We really enjoyed spending our holiday at Seaside.

My family and I spent a glorous time at Seaside during our Summer vacation. The boys had a ball splashing in the pool and playing in the waves on the beach. We visited Disney World while we were there and it was an easy drive. A wonderful, private spot to get away!

I love this place! We had our family reunion at Seaside! It was so unique that our large family could stay in one place and we weren't bothered by anyone! The privacy it gave us was invaluable!

I travel to Daytona each year for Biketoberfest with my buddies. Being able to stay at this wonderful home is so much better than staying at a hotel or condo! I am so glad we found this place.

How cool was it to spend Bike Week at this AMAZING place! There was enough room for all of our friends to stay and we were just 5 miles from Daytona!

The sparkling pool with the beach backdrop make for an unforgettable view. Wow! What a perfect place to spend Race Week. You are only about 5 miles from Daytona International Speedway but feel a world away! I will definately be back!
